I’m Ileenja, a destination wedding and event photographer with a deep love for storytelling, atmosphere, and human connection. I’m truly grateful you’re here and that my work resonated with you enough to want to know more. That already tells me we might be a good match.

Photography has been my full-time profession for over eight years, and it continues to feel like a privilege. I get to witness life’s most meaningful moments, travel to inspiring places, and be welcomed into celebrations that matter deeply to the people involved. It’s work that asks for sensitivity, presence, and intuition, and that’s exactly what I love about it.

My approach is calm and observant. I photograph from within the moment, not above it. I focus on real emotion, natural interactions, and the small details that give a day its character. The laughter, the stillness, the energy in a room. Always with an editorial eye, but never at the cost of authenticity. I want your images to feel honest, elegant, and timeless, something you’ll recognize yourselves in years from now.

Originally from the Netherlands, my life and work have taken me across different countries and cultures. I’m now based in Marrakech, a place that deeply inspires me with its light, textures, and rhythm of life. Through Frame Tales Studio, I photograph weddings and events in Morocco, Spain, France, Italy, the Netherlands, and beyond.

What matters most to me is connection. Before the camera ever comes out, I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and at ease. When there’s trust, everything flows more naturally and that’s when the most meaningful images are created. I’m there as a calm presence, blending in, guiding gently when needed, and allowing you to fully live your day.
